Refund & Cancellation Policy
No transaction will be refunded back to the customer once it is successfully posted to customer’s loan account.
If amount has been debited from customer’s bank account and the transaction is confirmed as successful by customer’s bank but not posted to customer’s loan account, then, it will be posted in customer’s loan account in 3-5 working days.
If such successful transaction could not be posted to any of the loan accounts of the customer due to any reason, then, it will be refunded back to the source in 8-10 working days.
Revision of refund & cancellation policy is at the sole discretion of the company, Satin Finserv Limited.
