With 07 long years of consortium with Satin, when I look back, it feels like as if I am still in 2017 when I joined at Barakhamba Branch as an Assistant Manager. Time flies like the blink of an eye. Satin Finserv Limited also gave me the opportunity to lead a team. Working in a company where trust is commonplace is extremely relieving. Trust breeds loyalty, which breeds productivity. This is invaluable. I am grateful for always getting appreciated and recognized for all my initiatives and got promotion from Assistant Manager to Deputy General Manager from such a short period of time span. Today, I am looking after as Operations Head (HO).
There was a time when I had joined and was handling Single branch. I feel blessed that Satin gave me this opportunity and today I am managing all Head Office operations. Working here has enlightened me and opened up my mind to a whole new world. The confluence of ideas, thoughts, and opinions encouraged me to know and learn more. I search for the silver lining and practice gratitude with kindness which Satin has imbibed in me. All my success and knowledge, I owe to Satin. My heart is filled with gratitude.

I Joined Satin Finserv Limited on 14th Dec 2020 as Assistant Manager- operations. In 2022, I was promoted to Deputy Manager – operations, a pivotal moment in my career. The management team is very good in making sure that the suggestions and opinion of employees are included in the company planning process. Recently I got new role as Insurance Manager – operations, this role give me the opportunity to enhance my skill which lead to organisation goal achievement. I have been actively involved in life insurance, health insurance and general insurance sectors, contributing to our mission of providing comprehensive financial protection to our customers, employees and company. After being with SFL for over four year now, I can say without a doubt that this is the great place to work. I am proud to be part of SFL that values innovation and excellence, and I look forward to continuing my journey here, embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth My Satin My Pride!

I joined Satin Finserv Limited 2.5 years ago as a Credit Manager, and my journey here has been nothing short of amazing. From the start, I was encouraged to take on responsibilities that pushed me beyond my comfort zone, and I quickly realized how much potential I had. Within my 1st year, I was promoted to RCM – Credit, which was a thrilling recognition of my hard work and dedication. I was given the opportunity to lead high-impact projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams, which enriched my experience and skill set. Just last year, I was promoted to National Head – Branch Operation. I truly appreciate how the company invests in its employees, providing resources for professional development and fostering a culture of recognition. I’m proud to be part of a team that values growth and innovation. The encouragement I’ve received throughout my journey has motivated me to strive for excellence and continue to take on new challenges. Starting my career at SFL as a fresher three years ago has been an incredible experience. From the beginning, I was entrusted with meaningful responsibilities that allowed me to grow both professionally and personally. In my second year, I was promoted to Senior Executive – Operations, which was an important step forward in my career, reflecting the trust and support I’ve received from the team. Over the years, I’ve been given more opportunities to take on greater responsibilities. Recently, I was promoted to Assistant Manager -Operations, which has further opened doors for learning and contributing to the company’s success. I’m grateful to be part of a company that prioritizes employee growth and fosters an environment where we can thrive. I look forward to further opportunities for growth and to contributing even more to SFL’s success.

I joined Satin Finserv Limited as a “Deputy Manager – Training” on December 13, 2022, eager to take on new challenges and grow professionally. As part of the Training team, I had the opportunity to lead a team of trainers and received complete support from my management. I worked on exciting projects which helped me develop new skills. Within one year, I was promoted to “Manager-Training”, which gave me added courage and dedication toward my work. With the support of my management and mentors, I overcame challenges that initially seemed daunting. Looking back, I am grateful for every experience, big or small, that has shaped my journey. I look forward to continuing on this path and I am excited to see where it will lead next.

I Joined Satin Finserv Limited on 01st Nov 2021. I am based out of Indore and handle collection as a State Head for Madhya Pradesh (Indore).
My journey in the last 3 years has been full of learning and great experience. In the past 3 years there have been lots of up and down in terms of Portfolio Quality but with the help of Sales Team and HO support, the same is being taken care off. Managing a team and monitoring their daily movement is a key task in collection. Company culture and transparency has always helped me and my team in our growth journey.
Overall my journey is full of learning, enjoyment and great experiences. I expect that continues as the company grows and as I grows with the company.

I joined Satin Finserv Limited on August 18, 2021, as a Branch Manager. At the time of joining, I was quite nervous, fearing unnecessary workload and late-night conference calls – challenges I had faced in my previous jobs. However, I soon realized that SFL is different from my past organizations. At SFL, there are no shortcuts to growth; your progress relies solely on hard work, dedication, and performance. SFL believes in promoting from within, and I can personally attest to this. Recently I got promotion with new role as State Head of Haryana. Here are some positive aspects I’ve found i.e. fair promotion practices, excellent incremental policies and HR team focused on motivation and training, great incentive schemes, direct access to top management. I have started my journey with SFL on June 2022, I have joined as a credit manager with the role of Appraiser I have been promoted as Area Credit Manager in last November based on my performance. Working at SFL is great pleasure for me. The work environment here is very pleasant. I like working here because it’s given me opportunities to do things that I had never done before in my career. The senior management here are very friendly and always receives guidance. I am proud to be part of SFL.
