Satin Finserv Limited reserves the right to modify the eligibility criteria, timelines, format, process, or other aspects of the event, or to postpone or cancel the event, where necessary. Any such changes will be communicated through the event’s official channels, as applicable.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information, documents, and materials submitted by them are accurate, complete, and authentic, and that their participation and submissions comply with the eligibility criteria and applicable rules. Any false, misleading, or unauthorized submission may result in disqualification.
Satin shall not be responsible for any failure, delay, or disruption arising from technical issues, connectivity problems, platform failures, communication failures, or other circumstances beyond its control that may affect an application or participation in the event.
References to investors, corporates, partners, jury members, mentors, or other ecosystem participants do not constitute any endorsement, commitment, or guarantee by such persons or entities. Satin does not guarantee that any participant will receive any investment, partnership, business, mentorship, or other opportunity from any third party.
Ideas, concepts, and materials submitted by participants shall remain the intellectual property of the respective applicants. By applying, participants consent to Satin Finserv Limited using submitted material for evaluation and for permitted promotional purposes related to the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Participants may be photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event and Satin may use their names, photographs, videos, statements, and other event-related content for publicity, promotional, and communication purposes relating to the event and Satin, subject to applicable law.
Personal data collected in connection with the event may be processed by Satin Finserv Limited in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, for purposes including registration, eligibility verification, evaluation, event administration, communication, and related opportunities.
Where a participant is below 18 years of age, participation and processing of such participant’s personal data shall be subject to such consent or authorization from the parent or lawful guardian as may be required under applicable law.
Satin shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from or in connection with participation in the event, including non-selection, disqualification, technical disruptions, or failure to receive any anticipated opportunity, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Participant indemnification for third-party claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from the participant’s breach, infringement, misrepresentation, or unlawful conduct shall apply as part of the submission terms.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their submissions and participation comply with applicable laws and do not infringe any third-party rights. Satin shall not be responsible for any claim arising from a participant’s breach of these requirements.
The provisions of these legal disclaimers, including those relating to intellectual property, publicity, participant conduct, privacy and data protection, liability, and indemnity, shall survive completion, cancellation, or termination of the event and shall continue to apply to the extent necessary to give effect to their respective purposes.
