Dr. Harvinder Pal Singh is a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the Company with over 30 years of experience in microfinance. He pioneered the daily loan repayment collection model and brings expertise in lending, auditing, accounting, project financing, advisory services, and company law.
He is the Chairman of Satin Creditcare Network Limited (SCNL), a leading Indian microfinance institution he has nurtured since its inception in 1990, driving its growth into a prominent North India player with nationwide expansion plans.
A law graduate and Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1984, Mr. Singh has further strengthened his leadership credentials through the Accion Program at Harvard Business School in 2009 and a leadership program at Wharton Business School in 2011.
Mr. Anil Kumar Kalra
Mr. Anil Kumar Kalra is an Independent Director with over 35 years of experience in banking and financial services across India and the UK. He has served as CEO and Senior Vice President at leading NBFCs in London , bringing extensive expertise in investment banking, infrastructure and asset financing, debt syndication, corporate advisory, and merchant banking.
With a strong background in strategic financial management and capital structuring, Mr. Kalra has played a key role in driving growth and operational excellence within financial institutions. He holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, and a B.Com (Hons.) from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), University of Delhi.
Dr. Jyoti Aluhwalia
Dr. Jyoti Ahluwalia is an Independent Director with deep expertise in finance, banking, and academic leadership. She holds a Ph.D. in Commerce and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Currently an Associate Professor at Sushant University, she combines academic excellence with industry experience, having worked with ICFAI, Milliman India, and the Corporate Executive Board. Certified by HDFC Bank as a Banking Faculty, she brings strong expertise in financial services, banking education, and leadership development.
Mr. Pramod Marar
Mr. Pramod Marar is a seasoned banking leader and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in banking and additional experience in start-up ventures, specializing in sustainability, fintech, MSME financing, and corporate banking. He spent 18 years at HSBC, most recently serving as MD & COO of HSBC India’s Wholesale Banking vertical, where he built and scaled high-performing portfolios.
He has extensive expertise in business incubation, risk management, strategy execution, regulatory compliance, digital transformation, and market expansion across corporate, mid-market, SME, and microfinance segments. He holds a PGDM from IIM Indore and B. Com (Hons) from SRCC, Delhi University.
He is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. Further, he has successfully completed a 6-month advanced management program in Fintech and Financial Blockchain from IIM Kolkata.
Mr. Sundeep Kumar Mehta
Mr. Sundeep Kumar Mehta has served as an Independent Director since 2018, bringing over 33 years of experience in corporate leadership, business administration, and strategic management. He holds a Science degree from the University of Rajasthan and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Annamalai University.
His academic background also includes certifications in Cyber Law, Labour Laws, Human Resources, Auto Engineering, and History, strengthening his expertise in corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
He has held senior leadership roles with reputed organizations such as RKJ Group, Escorts Ltd., Panacea Biotech Ltd., Bata India Ltd., and Eicher Good Earth Ltd., contributing across operations, management, and organizational development.
